Should Federer quit while he’s ahead?

Posted by: dijay In: Question of the day

Is there anything left to achieve?

2008 has been the year that saw Roger Federer come down from his cloud to show the world small chinks in his armour.

He lost out at Wimbledon, Nadal stole his World Number One slot after 237 consecutive weeks. And now, the Swiss is taking some time off to enjoy some much needed rest. But might prolonging that rest become a little bit hard to resist? After all, what more does he have to prove?

Bjorn Borg famously called it a day when he was just 26, a year younger than 27-year-old Federer. What do you think friends?

Should Federer retire?
