The much buzzed about ‘pregnant man’, Thomas Beatie

Beatie’s a transgender man that is expecting a child. Though he underwent surgery to switch genders, he kept his female reproductive organs and is nearly six months pregnant.

His current wife Nancy is unable to conceive and that’s the only reason he’s going through with the pregnancy. Beatie was able to conceive via artificial insemination.

“I’m a person and I have the right to have my own biological child.”

He expects to deliver a girl around July 3rd.

As a woman, He was officially a hot chick, according to People, earning a finalist slot in Miss HawaiiTeen USA back in the day.
